Will Smith – The Versatile Hollywood Star

Will Smith is a talented and versatile Hollywood star who, throughout his career, spanning close to three decades has touched many lives and made them better!

Will Smith Movies are the definition of entertainment in Hollywood! They brought the worlds of aliens and action-thrillers into our homes. But then, his movies also taught us to embrace struggle and march ahead against all odds!

Now, on the occasion of his 50th birthday, I couldn’t help but share some of my favorite Will Smith movies with you. • BAD BOYS

Two cops who are poles apart from each other, join hands to solve a murder and protect the witness. The plot may sound serious, but with Will Smith and Martin Laurence together, the movie is a comedy riot with loads of epic action sequences, it’s a hilarious roller coaster ride.

And of course, the title song!! So much fun!!!

• Men In Black

This was pretty much my first exposure to Aliens and their goo! (yuk!)

The world building was great and Will Smith’s performance as a street-smart cop-turned-MIB agent was even better. His quirky on-screen chemistry with Tommy Lee Jones in the midst of all the inter-galactic chaos is a treat to watch.  

• HITCH

My favorite genre, Rom-Com!
There is nothing more satisfying than curling up in bed with a romantic comedy and some popcorn! And add Will Smith to the equation, and you know I am one happy gal! His charming yet funny presence made me envy the heroine in the movie.

So, if you haven’t seen it yet – girlfriend! You gotta catch this one tonight! I promise you will be rolling with laughter 😊

• The Pursuit of Happyness

Will Smith will break your heart – and then put it back again and make you feel like you have a mosaic heart, which splinters every light and emotion into a million beautiful rainbows of hope and Happiness.

This one is a tear-jerker and it will put you through an emotional ringer, but boy is it worth it! This is a beautiful movie, based on a real story, with so much heart, soul and hope – and every time I – feel low or lose hope – I watch this movie!

I am sure (I hope) you have seen this movie, but if you haven’t yet – do watch it – It will change how you look at life.
